Compliance & Eligibility01. LOA
You must have an official Letter of Acceptance from a Designated Learning Institution (DLI) in Canada before applying.
02. Proof of Funds
Demonstrate that you have enough money to pay for tuition fees, living expenses for yourself, and return transportation.
03. Identity
A valid passport or travel document is required, along with two recent passport-size photos for the application.
04. PAL
Most post-secondary students now require a Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) from the province where they plan to study.
05. Health & Conduct
You may need to undergo a medical exam and provide a police certificate to prove you are in good health and have no criminal record.
06. Intention to Leave
You must satisfy an officer that you will leave Canada at the end of your authorized stay, even if you plan to apply for PR later.
